Austin | 4 Months

Happy 4 Months, Austin!

Austin goes to the doctor tomorrow so we'll see how much he has grown!

He now has his first fever...boo! I'm sure his sisters passed it to him because although Aubrey hasn't had a fever, she was having some belly issues and then last Thursday Natalie was in bed all day long with a fever. I'm hoping this is just a one day thing for him! He's acting "normal" so I hope that continues! Luckily he does great taking medicine!

He's in the in between clothes stage where most 3 month clothes are too small but not all of his 6 month clothes fit super great yet.

He should be in size 2 diapers but I'm trying to use up the rest of our size 1 diapers!

He is still getting up at least 2 times a night and really only has 1 good stretch of sleep at night which is usually between 2-3a until about 7a. He usually gets sleepy around 8p, but will only sleep about an hour at a time until around 1...ugh!

He gets super fussy with Bobby a lot of times while I'm out doing something, but usually has a great demeanor during the day with me.

He takes a morning and afternoon nap.

He can roll to tummy and back.

He finally showed some interaction with the bear this month!

Likes: sitting in the Bumbo seat, his carseat, his sisters, being read and sang to, especially loves Pat-a-Cake, gagging himself by putting his whole fist in his mouth, and his piano play mat, bathtime, being held facing outward.

Dislikes: being left alone to play during dinner...he wants to be part of the action, being sleepy or hungry, tummy time.

I love these shirts! I saw them online and the shop that I get a lot of embroidered stuff done got them done for me. Bonus...I got them all for free!!!

Natalie has often requested to change his diaper, which I will gladly teach!  

He is the perfect little addition to complete our family!
