Weight Loss Update
I remeasured everything to compare and give me a self-confidence boost since I feel like I've been working really hard and not having a lot of payoff! As my great friend, Rebekah, says "Tortoise and the Hare" I guess I just need to remember that I didn't put on all this weight overnight, so it's going to take time to chisel away at it! I am happy that I can buy a smaller sports bra now!
My results after 5 months of getting serious!!! Still a lot of work to go though!
