Austin's Baby Dedication

At the end of January, we dedicated Austin to the church, which basically means that we vow to raise him in a Christian home and church. We stood up on stage with several other families, then we were prayed over by our great friend, Dedrick! That was definitely a special moment for our family.

Prior to going on stage, Natalie went into stage fright mode and was crying and throwing a fit that she didn't want to go up on stage. Aubrey, on the other hand, was all about it! She knew the little girl standing next to us from school, so those 2 put on their own little show on stage. We are definitely in for it with that one!  If Natalie even looked at the crowd, I would be surprised. Bobby held Natalie, I held Austin and Aubrey entertained herself with her friend.

My parents, sister, and brother-in-law all came down, as well as our friends, the Sebastian's and Vandiver's. After church, they had a nice luncheon for us, as well as a gift for Austin. The food was so good!  They also had a photographer there to capture the moment for us! We dedicated the girls back in October 2012 and I have their dedication certificates and photo hanging on the wall in their hallway, so soon Austin's will be added to the wall as well!
