Basement Progress Update 2012 vs 2016

Progress update on the basement:

The before pictures are from Spring 2012...fast forward to Spring 2016 is where we are at currently.

Thanks to the countless hours of Bobby, my dad, and Nate...we are finally finishing our basement!

The drywall guys have been here since Saturday. Bobby and Nate pulled an all-nighter on Friday (working on it until 7am Saturday morning) to get it ready for the drywall guys to start on Saturday! 

Once the drywall is done, it's time for paint, flooring, and ceiling!

I'm sure I have photos from after the office and guest room were completed, but I can't find them. So in between these before and after photos are 2 completed rooms, lots of electrical work and framing!

 The guest room has come a LONG way...haha! Went from having a bed just randomly in the basement to an actual room, but still had to walk through the under-construction basement to hopefully in a couple of months being able to walk through a completed basement!

Here's a look at the guest room on the left, looking at the bar area in the corner and the "rec area":
