Happy Father's Day, Daddy!

| Daddy with his girls (and boy...Rusty) |
We had a fun-filled family day today. We slept in...well if you count Aubrey getting up 4 times during the night...I should say Natalie and Bobby slept in. However, Aubrey woke Bobby up a couple of times in which he offered to help, but there wasn't a whole lot for him to do since she woke up every time hungry! That girl eats ALL the time, but that could be because she spits up so much too!

Natalie woke up a little before 9:30a and delivered Bobby his card which was very appropriate since it said 'Daddy' and had doggies on it.
After we all finally got around, we headed to lunch. It was Bobby's day so he got to pick all the activities of the day. We ended up at Buffalo Wild Wings because he wanted BBQ, so he got wings and ribs. Aubrey slept through lunch.
I wish I would have brought our camera, but instead I had to use our phones to capture our day.
After lunch, we headed to Deming Park where Bobby got to work off his lunch by chasing Natalie around the playground and pushing her on the swing. She had a blast and I think Bobby did too! Aubrey slept until she wanted to eat, so we got to sit in the air conditioned car while Natalie and Bobby played more. They ended up joining us in the A/C as well though because it was so hot and Natalie's face was pretty flushed with all her running around. After Aubrey was done eating, we took a short walk around the park, then took a ride on the 'Spirit of Terre Haute' choo-choo train. We had never done this before and although it's short, we had fun.

After the park, we headed to Ritter's Frozen Custard since Daddy's got a free scoop, then back home for the Andreae's.
Natalie only got a short morning nap and no afternoon nap because of all of the playing we did today, but she seemed to handle it just fine! Aubrey and Natalie both got baths this evening since it was so warm today...would have been a perfect day for the pool...we will dream for a few more years at least on that one! It was Aubrey's first time in the baby tub and she actually enjoyed it. She was alert and comfortable and didn't cry once!

Overall, we had a good time as a family celebrating Daddy's day!
