Andreae Adventures: Sisterly Love

This weekend, my family was down here since my dad had a meeting for work in Terre Haute (very rare)! They were a tremendous help, both with the girls and with the basement! Amanda came down too! Natalie loved all the attention, which she needed too since my time is consumed with Aubrey at least every 2-3 hours with her feeding schedule.

There are not enough words of appreciation I can express to tell them all how much it means to me to have all the help and support. My dad has put in a TON of manual labor hours helping with the basement and the fence, and my mom has helped out a TON with the girls! Without them, the basement progress would have been a LOT slower and I would have already lost my mind taking care of 2 little girls, especially dealing with Natalie at mealtimes. However, I better gain a lot more patience in the next few days because Bobby is going back to work on Thursday and I am going to be all alone with my 2 precious babies!

Basement Progress: Painting done (except window sills), all doors (except bi-fold closet in guest room) are in, drop ceiling is in Bobby's office, trim needs painted and put up but it's been bought and most of it cut I believe, ceiling fans/lights need installed but have been bought, lights need installed in closets, electrical needs to be connected, carpets being measured tomorrow and hopefully installed next Monday. That means hopefully by next week we are moving Bobby's office downstairs and can finally set-up Aubrey's room!

Natalie has been so good and sweet with Aubrey. She loves to give her kisses and has been gentle with her and is always curious about her when she cries or is just making little noises. As Bobby says, Aubrey's cry is something else! It is a high-pitched squeal-like cry, much different from Natalie from what I remember. I just love my girls!
